ThinkEDU · Website terms
Terms & Conditions
These Terms explain the basic rules for visiting ThinkEDU, creating an account, using learning resources, enrolling in courses, and accessing certificate services. Please read the relevant course and checkout information before enrolling or paying.
Effective date: 3 November 2026
1. Acceptance and updates
These Terms apply to the ThinkEDU website at thinkedu.io, its public lessons and learning resources, learner accounts, courses, and certificate-related features. By using a feature or creating an account, you agree to the terms that apply to that feature. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant feature.
ThinkEDU may revise these Terms when its services or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Where notice or consent is required by law, that requirement continues to apply.
2. Eligibility and learner accounts
Provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current. Keep login details private and do not let another person use your account without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law. Contact ThinkEDU promptly through the Contact page if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
If you are a minor where you live, involve a parent or legal guardian in account creation, course enrollment, or payment when applicable law or the course requires it. Do not use the site in a way that violates the rules that apply to you.
3. Courses, enrollment, and access
Course content, requirements, prices, format, access period and completion criteria may differ by course. Review the current course page and the information shown before confirming enrollment. Access is associated with the account used to enroll, unless the course page says otherwise.
Do not resell or share account access, or copy and redistribute course materials, except with permission or where the law allows. ThinkEDU may update course materials and features. Any material change to paid access remains subject to the terms shown at purchase and non-waivable consumer rights.
4. Prices and payment
Where a course or service is paid, the price, currency, available payment methods and any additional charges shown on the course or checkout page at the time of purchase apply to that order. Review those details before you submit payment. An order is subject to the checkout confirmation and payment authorization process shown by the site.
Payment processing may be provided by a third party identified during checkout. That provider’s terms and privacy information apply to its own processing. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords or security codes through the contact form or ordinary email.
5. Cancellations, refunds, and consumer rights
Any course-specific cancellation or refund terms presented on the course page or checkout before purchase apply to that order. Check those terms before paying. If the applicable policy is unclear, contact ThinkEDU through the Contact page before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. These Terms do not promise a refund outside the policy presented for the relevant purchase and any rights provided by applicable law.
6. Course completion and certificates
Certificate availability and eligibility depend on the relevant course and its published completion requirements. Follow the course instructions and the certificate service’s current process. Provide accurate learner details so an issued certificate can be matched to the correct record.
A ThinkEDU course certificate records the completion status defined for that course. It is not a university degree, professional license, government accreditation, or guarantee of employment, admission, income or a particular result unless ThinkEDU expressly states otherwise for a specific program.
7. Intellectual property
ThinkEDU and its licensors retain rights in the website, brand materials and course content except where another rights holder is identified. You may access course materials for personal learning under the access granted for your course. You may not copy, republish, sell, distribute or publicly display those materials without permission, unless applicable law allows it. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ licenses.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, bypass security, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, harass learners, infringe rights, or obtain course credit or a certificate dishonestly. Do not scrape or bulk-download content in a way that disrupts the service or violates applicable law.
ThinkEDU may restrict access where necessary to protect users, site security, course integrity or legal compliance. Where appropriate and required, ThinkEDU will provide notice and a way to raise a concern.
9. Learner submissions and messages
You are responsible for material you submit, including course work and support messages. Do not submit information you do not have permission to share, passwords, or full payment-card details. ThinkEDU may use a submission as needed to provide the requested course, support, security or service function. Public display or promotional use of learner work requires a separate legal basis or permission where required.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on third-party services for hosting, learning delivery, checkout, communication, security or embedded content. A third party’s own terms and privacy notice apply to its service. ThinkEDU does not control external websites linked from the site.
11. Availability and changes to the service
ThinkEDU aims to keep the site and learning features available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, network issues, security events and third-party outages may affect availability. Features may be updated or retired, subject to applicable law and any terms associated with a paid purchase.
12. Disclaimers and liability
Courses and learning resources are educational. You are responsible for deciding whether a course suits your goals and for checking important information before relying on it. ThinkEDU does not promise a particular exam, career, business, employment or income outcome.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ThinkEDU is not liable for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, consumer rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
13. Contact
For questions about these Terms, use the ThinkEDU Contact page. Do not include passwords or complete payment-card details in a message.
ThinkEDU is the public-facing name of the online learning platform described on its About page. These Terms do not claim a particular corporate registration or legal entity.
These Terms do not select a governing country or state. Mandatory consumer protections and other rules that apply to a learner or service remain applicable.
